BBM-Sara leaders in Antique free to pick any local bet

SAN JOSE DE BUENAVISTA, Antique – Provincial leaders of presidential aspirant Ferdinand “Bongbong” Marcos and his running mate Davao City Mayor Sara Duterte-Carpio in Antique are free to choose their local candidates for the May 9, 2022 elections.“As long as they help BBM-Sara, the people are given leeway to choose whoever they would like to serve Antique,” Partido Federal ng Pilipinas (PFP) regional secretary general Alvin Rey Montero, said in an interview on Tuesday.He added that they called their coordinators and leaders in the province to a meeting to unite the party and its parallel groups.Around 300 coordinators and leaders of the PFP and their parallel groups UniTeam and Kabataan Federal in Antique attended the meeting, Montero said.PFP Antique provincial chairman Angel Capadocia said their divisiveness stemmed from people who would like to support other local candidates from congressmen to vice governors in the province.“For the PFP Antique, we are supporting the Legarda-Cadiao-Tajanlangit (LCT),” he said.The LCT team is composed of the youngest brother of incumbent Antique Lone District Rep. Loren Legarda, Agapito "AA" Legarda who is running for congress; reelectionists Governor Rhodora J. Cadiao and Councilor Tobias Fornier; and Julius Cezar Tajanlangit who is running for vice-governor.
