Marcos sees need to define climate change loss, damage in seeking reparation from rich nations
"The work that we have ahead of us is to be able to come to some kind of an agreement as to what damage and loss actually means and what how will the compensation for such damage and loss be made," Marcos said. "I think until we are able to determine that, I think we should of what we can do in the future and I think that has great potential to be put into effect in the short term rather than in the very long term," he added.
